Introduction

SA Planes also offers a workshop for all kinds of repairs, modifications, covering and building of Non–Type Certified Aircraft.
We offer the following at our facility:
1. Repairs to welded steel fuselages/ components. (Bushbaby & other makes)
2. Making of steel parts.
3. Manufacturing of all steel components (fuselages, undercarriage, lift struts & tail planes) for scratch/ plans built aircraft.
4. Limited aluminium sheet metal work/ repairs.
5. Covering and painting
6. Laser cutting of components/ instrument panels.
7. SACAA approved AP inspections.
8. Annual Services/ maintenance.
9. Engine installations and commissioning
10. Fault finding on engines (Rotax)

The manufacturing facility is located at the Komatipoort airfield, 3Km from Komatipoort next to the N4 highway to Mozambique
