The beginning:
A need was identified for a three-axis, tail dragger (or
tri-cycle), training Micro light. The plane had to be rugged,
easy to build /maintain and above all affordable.
The end product meets all the initial goals and has expanded to
incorporate more features.
We now have MORE AIRCRAFT FOR LESS MONEY !!
General:
The aircraft with the pod is the fourth prototype. The first
plane tested the wing and tail plane design as well as the CoG
limits of the aircraft.
The second prototype concentrated on the fuselage, engine
position & thrust-line, while the third prototype concentrated
on the ergonomics of the cabin section.
The production version is very similar to the last prototype.
The production model will be 160mm wider (with the same wheel
base width) and have the options for a nose pod.
The production model wing will be slightly deeper.
It is envisaged that the plane will be convertible between tail
dragger and tricycle undercarriage.
The project has been going for 3 years now and we hope to have
the first production version available mid 2004.

Fuel capacity:2 x 50 liter wing tanks.
Fuel burn / range 17 liter / hour giving a 5.5 hour endurance &
400 mile range.
Cost:
